Lovely, silent, perfect room size, good comfort, very clean pool, cozy atmosphere.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Chiang Mai. The resort area was stunning, surrounded by beautiful gardens and a lovely pool. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and decorated with a local touch, adding to the charming atmosphere of the hotel.

Everything was perfect, nothing that needs improvement.

The surroundings were very beautiful, with lots of greenery and pleasant outdoor seating areas. The pool was great, and a very nice place to unwind. The staff was also very kind and helpful when needed.

The breakfast offerings were limited and not very tasty. the rooms were not well-maintained and were in need of some updates, including better lighting.

There were no department stores or pubs nearby, but the beautiful setting made it a perfect place to recharge. the hotel wasn't right next to the mountain side, but the lush greenery created a serene atmosphere. the rooms were spacious, and the bathroom was clean, with spa-like features. the views were incredible, especially from the open-air yoga studio. the free morning yoga sessions were the perfect way to start the day.

The hotel had some maintenance issues. Some of the stairs were out of order, and the cleaning of the rooms was sometimes delayed.

The hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices for the rooms. The attention to detail in the locally contemporary decorated rooms creates an amazing atmosphere. The staff provide excellent service, ensuring that all basic amenities are in place for a comfortable stay. The breakfast options are limited, but the quality of the food served by the chef in the garden is really nice.

The toilet in the rooms was not in good condition.

We loved the natural setting of this hotel, with beautiful greenery and a stunning swimming pool for both daytime and nighttime dips. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, and we enjoyed the delicious food from the hotel restaurant instead of finding a night market. We also appreciated the hotel's location in a tropical forest, not far from the Old City.

The location was quite far from the city center and transportation options were limited. the cleaning service was not consistent and some of the rooms had a musty smell.
